The website of venexa AG is subject to Swiss data protection law, in particular pursuant to the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) and any applicable foreign data protection law such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU). The EU recognizes that Swiss data protection law ensures adequate data protection.

Our website can generally be used without entering personal data. Where personal data is entered on our websites (e.g. name, address or e-mail address), this is always on a voluntary basis where possible and exclusively for the purpose specified. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

Server-Log files

We host our website at Hosttech in Richterswil, Switzerland. The provider (or its web space provider) collects data about every access to the web content (so-called server log files). The access data includes: name of the website requested, file, date and time of the request, volume of data transferred, message about successful request, browser type with version, operating system of the user, referrer URL (the page previously visited), IP address, and the requesting provider. The provider only uses the log file for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, security, and optimization of the web content. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log files subsequently where concrete indications give rise to the justified suspicion of unlawful use. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR with information security as a legitimate interest.

On our website we offer you the opportunity to contact us, either by email. In such event, information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of facilitating communications with the user. No data is transferred to third parties. Nor is any of this information matched to any information that may be collected by other components of our website.

SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator.
